TANGY GRILLED CHICKEN KABOBS
1 cup Miracle Whip Light
Dressing
1 envelope Good Seasons
Italian Salad Dressing mix
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. water
1 ½ lbs. boneless skinless
chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2” pieces
Assorted cut-up fresh vegetables
(green, red, and yellow peppers, mushrooms, onions or zucchini)
Mix dressing, salad dressing
mix, vinegar and water in a small bowl. Reserve ½ cup for dipping the cooked
kabobs. Arrange chicken and vegetables on 6 skewers. Pour remaining dressing mixture over the skewers in shallow dish.
Refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate. Remove kabobs from marinade and discard
the marinade. Place the kabobs on grill on medium heat and grill for 10 to 15
minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning once. Serve with the reserved
½ cup of dressing mixture.
